i read the FAQ in front page, but still i can not make it work

Can post/edit with following statuses:
Published
Protected
Private
Draft
Deprecated

Delete Post
Edit comts
Edit cats
Edit blog

Media Directory
Upload
Read
Write

to make member can post and edit the only post their posted, and edit their posted comments (not allowed member to edit other post andother comments)
