Downloading: widgetsmalfunction.jpg Widgets backoffice issue. I can't remove or add new, buttons aren't showing up

I manually installed b2evolution latest release and was trying to edit some widgets but couldn't figure out the new layout since last time I've used b2evolution it was when the old widgets layout was in place. But basically I found out I'm actually missing buttons and options. What's happening?
