Widgets backoffice issue. I can't remove or add new, buttons aren't showing up

I manually installed b2evolution latest release and was trying to edit some widgets but couldn't figure out the new layout since last time I've used b2evolution it was when the old widgets layout was in place. But basically I found out I'm actually missing buttons and options. What's happening?

What widgets are you looking for and where do you want to place them? What skin are you using ?
How did you access the widgets as shown, did you use the back office or the Customise option on the [evobar]?

Whereas I can understand the concern over the new layout, i had the same, you have not explained what you want to acheive!
