Question about PROPFIND hits

In Analytics I see a lot of PROPFIND hits.

Is this dangerous? Is there someone trying to find access to b2evolution?
Please see screenshot.

The URL the hits was trying is: mydomain.com/webdav/

apache is running with mod_dav disabled...

Probably bots scanning the internet to try and find an open WebDAV. If you don't have WebDAV enabled, there's probably nothing to worry about.
