Strange Error...

I have installed the software and it seems ok, but whenever anyone tries to post it gives this error:

Cannot post comment, please correct these errors:

You can only post a new comment every 30 seconds.

I can't find anyplace to fix this, I really don't understand the problem since the posts are in some cases hours apart.

P.S. I did read the sticky, but I don't know where I should ask this.

Please take a look at /htsrv/comment_post.php and search for "You can only post a new comment every".
Try finding the error there by outputting some of the values there. It may be a time offset error.

What b2evo are you using and is there a public setup to look at?

Actually I just checked it and now it seems to be working ok. I didn't change anything... wierd.
