[1.9.x] How to set the language to default English CA?

My b2evolution Version: 1.9.x

Okay, I've set the Main Locale within the blog settings to be English CA, but it seems that I still have to set the language to be English CA when ever I write a post. Is there a way to set it up to be English CA by default rather then English US?
