How do I de-list my site from the antispam blacklist?

For some strange reason my blog URL: www.a4at.com/blog got listed on the antispam blacklist and now I can't even post on it any more :(

So, how do you get removed from that list??
(I have NEVER spamed anyone anywhere. I run a webhosting business and am 100% against spam)

This is real annoying now since i want to post an image and recieve:

www.a4at.com/blog/
Cannot update, please correct these errors:

* Found invalid URL: Invalid URL

when i save the edited post.

Please someone HELP ME!

I'm not sure who allowed it, and I deprecated the post so it won't show up any more, but you're the one who reported it.

Click on the little green checkbox in the antispam tab to un-ban it.

what do you me I allowed it? I'm quite sure as heck I didn't report my own site here.. so what happened? how did my site report itself?

That's just what Isaac did.

He removed it from the central blacklist.

To remove it from you local blacklist is : click on the green thing.
