So my site was just hacked and it changed all the index files. I have backups of the databases and the _main.php page for the site.
I cant figure out all the index pages on there and what was there and I dont have the backups of those files.
Whats my best move to rebuild the site? reinstall? upgrade? I'm afraid to just jump in and start messing up everything, so I thought I'd come to the pros.

Re-install the database, then copy the version of b2evolution you were using back onto your server, setting /blogs/conf/_config.php or /blogs/conf/_basic_config.php to match your configuration, or use the built in installer at /blogs/install/install.php, as all settings/blogs/data is stored in the database, as long as the database was not 'hacked' as well you should be fine.
