I run the Internet site at a large TV station. I plan to use this blog engine for comments from viewers. We have a blog called Viewer's Voice.

QUESTION 1:
I would like for all viewers to be able to post their thoughts about stories, etc. I do not want to have to give each person ACCESS to post to a blog. But, I also want to make sure I follow general guidelines.

How do you suggest I do this? It appears in 0.92 that I would have to give each user rights to post to a blog topic.

QUESTION 2:
Is there a way to Moderate the posts before I allow them to be seen? This would be in case some idiot decides to post something out of topic, vulgar, etc.
