My question is how can I make the blogs the main focus of the website when they reside in the blogs folder...
For instance When I extract to my wwwroot folder there is the blogs folder which holds the b2evolution software and I want when someone comes to the website that they will be directed directly to the blogs folder index... What do you suggest that I do?
At your server, move everything in 'blogs' up one level to your root directory. In your conf/_basic_config.php file change your baseurl value to not have "blogs/" in it, and you should be good to go.
