turn on "display containers" to identify the 2 widgets that display similar content and remove those you don't want.

The first set of tags is included in Container: item single in the "small print" widget - the items in which cannot be edited on the back-end, while the labeled tags appear to be part of the skin include: _item_content.inc.php, together with article navigation.

Should not be hardcoded indeed. We'll change this so it works with a widget.

Just in case, you might want to take a note that the Bootstrap_blog skin has the same problem.

I kinda like the labeled tags, so, if it's not too much to ask, I would prefer you made the "small print" widget editable.
