I want to install a blog on a subdomain, and relink with the main forum, something it had been blogging forum. I need to:
1. Issue-blogging forum users manually.
2. Disabled registration to NOT forum users
3. Turn off your private messages (they are on the forum)
Is this possible?

yes it's possible.

What was the title of your post supposed to be?

What was the title of your post

Do not quite understand, Google machine translation does not convey meaning.
For example, I can manually register the nickname of the user from the forum, set a password is 1234, and to transfer the user to change the password, and then to Use a blog. But how to disable private messages? Where zakkomentirovat in the code?

As I understand it, it changes locally in the profile. And the administrator can disable this globally? I looked in all tabs panel but did not find. Sorry for the many questions ...

All your users are in a user group. For example the user group can be "Normal Users". The admin can disable messaging for the whole "Normal Users" group. Then noone in the "Normal Users" group will have access to Messaging.

That's right! In Control Panel, and it is written-"messaging" is to be understood-"privat messaging"? If so- If That's understandable.

There was a bug in the 4.1.6 and 4.1.7 (lokalhost) If you try to login password is increased by 3 times (in a row is multiplied by the number of characters), the password is not accepted.
On the other 8-10 different CMS not exist, therefore the server's NOT fault.
