[6.7.X] 120 minutes hint message showing messy code in lang of Chinese

If we submit or save an article after 120 minutes later, b2 would give us a hint message to continue. Now the hint message are shown as messy code in lang of Chinese. If I continue to click the button to submit, some characters or words may be converted to the messy code : "�".

I have found a solution, the cause of the matter is that the reminding page which I showed above does not specify the encoding method, add a simply line would be OK, as follows:

inc\sessions\model\_session.class.php about 664 lines , before the code

echo '<div style="background-color: #fdd; padding: 1ex; margin-bottom: 1ex;">';

add one line
echo '<meta charset="UTF-8">';
