I confirm that there is no way to check the futher pages of a post if it hasn't been saved by the first time. The same occurs if the post's status is Draft.

Well, this issues has two pieces: 1) When the post has not been saved at least once. In this case it's impossible to go to the next pages in preview mode. So, it's already reported and, if accepted as a bug, it should be solved soon.

2) The posts is already saved in the database and we are editing it. In order to be able to preview pages 2 and beyond, it is necesary that the current visibility status of the post ( Draft, Members, Community, etc ) has been set as allowed to be displayed at the front office (Front office statuses - http://b2evolution.net/man/item-list-features).
