You can create a standalone page in any collection, preferably your "Main" collection if you use one for your homepage, login, etc.

As @fplanque has indicated; the question is if you want a page that just provides information on your compliance with the GDPR then a normal post as a stand alone page will be sufficient, as any request can use the normal contact page.
I you want a composite page then you could either copy the contact form and edit it, or just edit the contact form and add the GPDO data as a footer.

Ah okay,,
my question is not really clear I think.
I understand the system with the standalone page - but how it will appears in the menu where I can find "Start page" and "Contact" too?
I need a permanently link to this privacy statement page in my menu bar.

There's a widget that adds stand alone pages to the menu, or alternatively you can use the FreeHTML widget with just a link to your page and place that in the menu container.

@fplanque
You mean, first create a stand alone page and then choose this in the part "Info Page"?
So I make a feature request here: ;)
It would be nice, if I can create additional parts like "Info Pages" which will appear in the header menu.
Thanks for the help.

@ednong You can create 1, 2, 3 ou 100 standalone pages in the "info pages collection" and they will all appear in the header menu. Try it. You can also try it on the demo server.
A site like the contact form?
If you mean a page like the contact form, do you mean a page where a user can submit a query?
