Hi,
thanks for the new version of b2evolution.

I'm using now the build in plug in for the EU-Cookie-Nonsense, sorry, Consense. So I got an error, if I don't leave all fields empty.

I filled in text in all fields - not in the fields "More Info" and not in the "Post ID for more Info". It should works with empty fields, because the description says "Leave empty for default".

If I try to save it, I got the error message, the "Post ID for mor Info" needs to be numeric. Maybe there should be a value in it for the possibility of saving ;)

Yes you have to enter the ID of a post or page where you explain what you do with cookies. The stupid EU regulation wants you to explain.

Okay, but

  1. If I have nothing to explain resp. I'm not willing to explain ;) or better: I only want to say, I need cookies, if you surf on this site you accept this?
  1. Would it not better to make a field for an URI or better - I can choose between an ID, an URI and nothing?

Can I create a single page like the contact form is on? So I would create a page with this explanation (in german - I guess - Datenschutzerklärung) on it and put the link to it beside the imprint ...
