I'm a newcomer in B2evolution forum but I'm using it for a long time and I'm really happy with it :)
I would like to change the visibility of all my posts to restrict them from "public" to the members. Could you help me for this change ? I guess I should change it directly in the database.

Under : Collectioins > Settings > General : you will find collection permissions where you can change the blog to members only.
Note the (user .... group) caveat
