Starting with "manually create a new collection." Selecting "Minisite".

In the Front end:
When clicking "Registration" link, b2e throws following message:

"Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_skin_ID() on bool in /var/ww/eco/htsrv/register.php:835 Stack trace: #0 {main} thrown in /var/www/eco/htsrv/register.php on line 835"

This behavior can be reproduced.
