I cannot reproduce this. Which screen are you starting the upload from?

Is this really specific to PDF files? What about another PDF file?

I am not sure why this happens, but it is running on localhost. Perhaps that's it. FYI, it happens with any file from any quick upload drag and drop. I disabled all plugins and the issue persists.
