Divide translation into 3 sections

Hi there,

I have an idea:
Divide translation file into 3 sections (3x .po file):

This will be more logical (I think) not only for translation process (ex. only Front-end I need translate urgently).

Is this idea completely out, or can be implemented ASAP?

I agree with this idea but it's time consuming to implement.

It will be done eventually.
