How can I set the site favicon and specific site meta tags?

Hi

Is there someone who could help me where I have to set these meta's for the whole site?

<meta name="description" content="">
<meta name="keywords" content="">
<meta name="author" content="metatags generator">
<meta name="robots" content="index, follow">
<meta name="revisit-after" content="14 days">

And also - how can I set my favicon?

Setting this up is very easy. Within your directory of b2evolution/blogs, insert the favicon.ico and it will populate appropriately for your blogs. It will be in the same location as your index.html and other index documents.
