My b2evolution Version: 4

I appear to be stuck. I'm trying to remove the vertical space between widgets. Example here: http://cp10.openaccess.org/~bluhors/index.php/Cafe/ - notice Calendar spaced down from the Categories Widget. I can't seem to find the code to remove the space after a list item. What am I missing?
