IP adr 178.63.86.11 was registered trying under hit type service:
[action=req_login] 301 times from 18.34 to 18.44
also [action=lost password] are frequently used.
The Agent Name several ip.adr ueses are Majestic-12.
la1g.no are a ham-radio hobby blog and are open to anyone
to register so why the extra work?

It's very common to get a bunch of those "visitors" all the time. Just try implement strong enough passwords and don't worry too much about them, unless your site starts to experience downgrades on speed or even on availability because of that.
