It is entered and allowed for that user / blog (well its my admin user account's blog too) so shouldn't be throwing any errors.. but it is.

@ppnsteve in addition to above, can you check the value of the variable $filename_max_length
located in the conf/_advanced.php
file (http://b2evolution.net/man/advanced-php). Its default value is 64, so file and directory names must not exceed that length.

Not see any exclamation points at all in the file browser.. some of these images have been here for years, others are newer so dunno..
I did go ahead and bump up the value of the variable $filename_max_length
to 96 just in case it was causing it (and for future uploads too)
still kinda weird as I can't find any cause for this.
@ppnsteve is the jpg extension allowed in your file types list (http://b2evolution.net/man/file-types-list) ?
You can also find the issue in your files list (see screenshot below).
