Hello Everyone

I am what you would call a newbie to bloging and only got a second update on my 4.14 version recently which I have an issue.

The issue I have: On my first blog on the same version I have I was able to edit the date of the blog from within admin which was on the right side. I was also able to make this to UK.

I have just tried to place another blog but the option to fix a date of the blog or the country ( UK ) is not showing, the blog is showing todays date and US as the country.

Can anyone please advise how to edit this please.
