feedback form not working

hello , I'm Italian and I'm running a blog for an cultural association.

I updated to ver. 4.1.6 and now it's impossible to write a feedback below each post.
the animated gif "ajax-loader2" is rotating and the feedback form is missing.

can somebody help me please?

Maybe you have not properly uploaded all files.

Also try with a different browser.

Last resort, you can disable AJAX comment forms but this will open your blog to more spam.
