In a nutshell:

- We will release very stable 6.6.x releases (bug fixes only)
- New features, UI polish, enhancements in 6.7.0.
- New skins.
- Redesign b2evolution.net
- In parallel we are preparing v7.0 for 2016.

Still too early to announce a date.

I want to ask if a download manager will be programmed in a future release.
Is there already a scheduling/timetable or is this function only for later.

Could you say something on php7 support.

My server is running Windows7, MySQL, Apache and PHP7 all latest releases, all 64 bit
and to my limited experience b2evolution is not completely ready for that.

@egon Yes. see your original topic: http://forums.b2evolution.net/is-the-version-b2e-4-1-7-safe#c106115 . We are currently hiring additional developers. This is planned to be one of their first "warm up" tasks.

@louis2 We have already started work on PHP7 compatibility. It should be done sometime in January.
