I think there are browser plugins you can use if you want to block Google Analytics.
In general: I don't have a problem "getting analysed" by the owner of a page. It's important for development of a page.
I have a problem with getting forwarded to outsiders where no one knows what is done with the data.
e.g. Google does not "collect" only on and from this domain...
Yes I know what you mean, but GA is on 80% of the websites, so if you don't like it your best option is to block it completely with a plugin. Otherwise you will have to ask thousands of sites you use to take it down, which is not going to happen in your lifetime (and I do wish you a long one ;)
