Are you using an FTP program to upload your skin?

After many hours of trying I figured it out. I used the built in ftp. Had to make the folders and manualy put the files in. Thank you though!

FTP client programs will typically let you upload folders though (and replicate your folder structure on the server)

I have to do that in cpanel right? That would save me alot of trouble with skins and addons. Cpanel has a built in FTp right?

I don't think the built in FTP is very convenient to use if you're going to upload files regularly.

If you're on Windows try FileZilla. On Mac, try Transmit.

I will try filezilla as you can imagine it's a pain doing it the way I was.
