Do you mean you would like a an option to 'Publish', only, on the front office. As if someone is Posting/Editing from the front office and you want a convenient button, which I imagine would have to be at the top of the 'item list'

Hi My requirement is add publish button in back office to facilitate moderators to make post public in one click . Attached screenshot describes where am expecting the button to appear.

Maybe it would be better to have the option selectable for, individual users, user groups (moderators) and/or groups higher than #7 (moderators and administrators)

In my case i need that for moderators and admin level. For me which user level it has to appear is not major criteria,it would be helpful if i get solution for above mentioned query.

By user level I meant basically what you are saying i.e for Moderators and above the defaults being #8 and #10.

What you are asking is more of a request for a change than a solution and you may want to consider posting such requests, next time, under https://forums.b2evolution.net/b2evolution-support-area/plugins-extensions/request-a-plugin-or-hack/

If you have new posts default as Community and only show Published when you view the post in the back office you will only have one click to make it Public

As of now default status of post set in my application is review . i think i could take solution mentioned in #8. Thanks for the help

Tried solution mentioned in #10 it will applicable for post creation from back office , post creating from front office still have review as default status
