If I turn off, GM Code, Custom Tags and BB Code, I get this ( Notice: Undefined index: target_type in /home/tijcollab/public_html/b2e/plugins/_inlines.plugin.php on line 137) displayed in the editor toolbar. Here's pics to show plugins settings and editor.

If I disable 'inlines', the error goes away. If I re-enable any of the three renderers, the error goes away.
