Very simple request that may make the BO a bit more user friendly.
Can you place the:

[Request abuse update from centralized blacklist.]


at the top of the page instead of the bottom of the banned list. It will be simpler to update, instead of having to scroll to the bottom of the increasingly long list of centrally banned sites.

I think he means that the banned list is broken up into pages, say 25 on each page.

at least not with current CVS version. I did a central list-update yesterday for testing and had all (sure more than 25) on one page.
