My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Hello,

I try to find the best directory tree on my host server (Free.fr) in this case.

Site of a couple of pages, using include() plus:
- blog (b2evolution)
- Forum (PHPBB)
- Knowledge database (Wikimedia)
- Picture albums (File manager of b2evolution or PHP + MySQL or other?)
- no IRC.

with private and public area

and in French, English and Chinese

With DNS settings, it should be easy to use by newbees.

May I ask you which directory tree:

by services then by language
