are just pefrect. I was wondering if users can register with there desired blog name and start blogging. For eg
abc.waffleson.com etc
Is it supported? Rest is all just perfect.

There is an [url=http://forums.b2evolution.net/viewtopic.php?t=8146]autoblog plugin[/url] that will "sort of" do that. On those blogs I cheated and have a *.waffleson.com setup in IIS which made the subdomain part a doddle.
I'm pretty sure you can do a similar sort of thing on a *nix box, but I'm no expert so don't quote me ;)
