Go to backoffice (log in as admin)
-> Blog settings -> Blog A -> Display ->Include in public blog list: ON
Then do the same trick for blog B

boy do i feel stupid. thank you!!! it worked of course. now does this mean that other blogs outside of my blogs can see mine since they are now "public"? thats what i'm afraid of i guess.

If you don't want anybody to view your blog, you'll need to guard it, like with one of the many php scripts on the net. Just not showing in the bloglist is only half the job: anyone with basic knowledge of B2e can guess the link to the blog (although you can make life hard).
