My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I'm very new to this system, I've never had a blog of any sort before.
I think I've done ok setting it up so far.

URL is http://www.canadianeffort.com/blog/blogs

When I try to leave a comment on a post I get an error that says:

The requested URL /blog/blogs/htsrv//blog/blogs/index.php?blog=2&title=here_we_go&page=1&more=1&c=1&tb=1&pb=1&disp=single was not found on this server.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.. any other feedback on how I've set up my blog would also be appreciated.
