My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Hi there

the display of the Blogs is perfect, I have it set at 940 pixels

however when we go to leave comment the size is stretched out of proportion between the header and footer (using own custom design)

I suspect the comments panel size is causing the problem

How can I change the comments panel size, please?
