My b2evolution Version: 1.10.x

Just a basic questions about the default way posts are displayed, because I'm not sure what I'm seeing is some kind of problem on a blog I'm working on.

If I have two posts posted on the same day, one at 4PM and one at 9PM, which is supposed to be displayed above the other?

In other words, are they supposed to display as

I seem to remember my .9.0.12 blog displayed the first way, but my 1.10.2 blog is displaying the second way. Is there a way to control that?
Basically so that the dates are shown newest at the top, and then within each date the posts are also sorted newest at the top...
