Not acceptable / Resource conflict

we are uploding b2evolution blog in our site but there show some problem
that is

HTTP Error 408 / 409 - Not acceptable / Resource conflict
Internet Explorer url is http://cfsindore.com/blogs/install/index.php

what we do for this problem?

did you set-up your database: database name, user and password ?

That link works for me? (No HTTP Error 408 /409 in IE7)
