Have you set the email correctly in line 93 etc in ../blogs/conf/_basic_conf.php:

/**
 * Your email. Will be used in severe error messages so that users can contact you.
 * You will also receive notifications for new user registrations there.
 */
$admin_email = 'postmaster@localhost';

my blog setup has a ton of bloggers and 'viewers'. is it possible to make folks editors so they have limited impact on the settings, but still let them get the registration emails?
