My b2evolution Version: 2.x

Question, how or where do I export skins for distribution?

I noticed each skin can have its own set of widgets and how these are positioned. I'm thinking of creating some widgets for my skins before submitting it, but how do I export the skin out of b2evo so it carries the widgets data?
