What is a Feed URL?

I am trying to join a blog thing and they ask for the feed url.

Now I know we have all those RSS feeds. However, they are asking for something with a http:// type address.

Where do I find this? :-/

It should be on your blog's XML Feeds block on your sidebar where it says "Posts" and "Comments".

Get the link of "Posts" by right-clicking and choosing Copy URL (depends on which browser). That is your XML Feed Link for that blog.
