My b2evolution Version: 1.10.x
I'm trying host a podcast on my blog and then upload it to either feedburner or straight to itunes. the Problem is I can't load the m4a file onto the blog to host it. It won't let me use the embed commands and I can't figure out how to do it otherwise. I've searched the forums but to no avail. Anyone have any ideas?

In order to be able to upload the file you first need to allow the file type. Do so in back office -> App settings -> File types -> Add file type.
I cannot tell why the code won't work. The embed is usually difficult because it is obsolete. See for example [url=http://forums.b2evolution.net/viewtopic.php?t=11272&start=0&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=object+embed]this post[/url].
There is an old plugin to get a player into a post. Have a look [url=http://forums.b2evolution.net/viewtopic.php?t=7825&start=0&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=]here[/url]. i have no idea whether it will work in 1.10.
