is this pluging work like mu wordpress or blogspot.com

how can autoblog create subdomain when a user register from front end
like
http://user.domain.com

or like orginally, i have a blog on blogspot
http://meharoon.blogspot.com

tell me if any other way rather than autoblog plugin

please help
