Multi Blogs on front page

My b2evolution Version: [2.0.2]

My blogs have a number of different users. Each one has their own blog front page - and then the front page of the main site is a combination of all these blogs. I did a test upgrade to v.2 and for some reason I am no longer getting the combination of different blog posts on the index page. Am I missing something here? My "Default blog to display" is already set correctly.

I think in v2.x releases Blog #1 is no longer the same Blog All that it was in previous releases... On this page:

I read this:

Special behavior of blog #1 has been removed. Any blog can now aggregate any other combination of blogs. Look into Advanced Settings for the aggregating blog.

Go to 'blogsettings'
in the tab 'advanced'
the top setting : 'blogs to aggregate'

There you can type all the numbers of the blogs you want to include on blog number 1.
This way it is very easy to exclude a linkblog.

Thanks, that did the trick. And like you say, that feature allows us to be more selective.
