Hello, Im back :oops:
I created blogger Sam and assigned him a blog (appropriately called Sam's blog). When Sam is a "Privileged Blogger" he can upload files no problem. When his status is changed to mere "Blogger" the upload page cant be displayed, Error 404 not found.
Suggestions?

Update: There is a little difference between the url when blogger and privileged blogger sam hits upload:
Blogger - www.mysite.com/blog/admin.php?blog=5&ctrl=upload
Privileged - www.mysite.com/blog/admin.php?ctrl=upload
Nb. the ..... in the first are replacing blog=5&c

Hi sallym,
Go to Dashboard -> Users and hit the Bloggers link. There you can set file permissions for the group. For Sam, if he is special, you may want to create a new group to give him special permissions.
I don't believe it is possible to set permissions like these on a users level.
