My b2evolution Version: 1.10.x

Apologies in advance if this has already been addressed, but I can't find it.

I have installed b2Evolution and I am having difficulties in creating a new blog. When I click the link and fill in the information, then check to see if it works, it sends me back to blog all when I click the link to my new blog.

Example:

I created a new blog and labeled it Security. It generates the link, yet, when I click on the Security link it sends me back to the blog all page.

Can anyone tell me where I am going wrong?
