Try to reupload /rsc and /skins dirs.

its actually ended up being a problem between my hosting account and my ftp program i tried uploading images to another hosting account i own and they were fine. i was using the fire ftp w/in firefox and it wasnt liking it. Switched FTP programs and everything is fine. thanks for the response though!

I've also had some issues with the Mozilla FTP Stand-alone client. Somehow it looks like it opens multiple streams and some hosts don't like that.

Back to old school FTP.

I use SmartFTP for a year. It's free for personal use.
