Upgraded software and need quick answer on skin

My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Hello Everyone:

I upgraded my software and redid the skin configuration using Niffty Corners.

B2evo ver: 2.4.0 (upgrade from 1.10.3)

There is one place that I can't find to change something rather simple. Can you help me with this? What I want to change the color of the blue strip on the blogs header bar.

BTW, upgrading the software was a real breeze. B) Thanks a lot. I was really pleased with it compared to another program that I used and it didn't work when I tried the upgrade.

There's some Javascript in the head tags...

That last line #06a3c4 is the colour you need to change...
