My b2evolution Version: 2.4

Thanks for your help the last couple days guys. I think I only have one more question, then I'm good to go (crossing fingers). If you check out the test_blog that I'm setting up, you can see the Blog Title and Blog List are kinda doing their own thing:

This is because I put the header outside of the wrapper (miami blue), so that the background for the wrapper wouldn't cover up the transparent header.

I had done this in my previous implementation of miami blue in 1.10.3, and was able to control the position of the Blog Title through padding in h1#pageTitle in the style sheet. But, when I try to do that in 2.4 it isn't moving the title at all.

Basically, I want the alignment like this:

I just don't know where to put the information so it is picked up.
